Overview

Broad Peak, located in the Karakoram range on the Pakistan-China border, is the 12th highest mountain in the world, standing at 8,051 meters (26,414 feet). Known for its long and challenging summit ridge, Broad Peak is a popular yet technically demanding objective for mountaineers. The peak offers a mix of snow, ice, and rock climbing, with climbers often facing high winds and extreme weather conditions. The best time to attempt an ascent is during the summer months, though winter climbs have been undertaken by highly experienced climbers.

Day 4: Fly or Drive to Skardu Weather permitting, fly to Skardu with stunning views of Nanga Parbat. If not, drive along the breathtaking Karakoram Highway, overnighting in Chilas.
Day 4 :
Day 5: Journey to Skardu Continue the journey, passing Nanga Parbat and crossing the convergence of four major mountain ranges. Arrive in Skardu and settle in.
